Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods, public holidays, or carrier delays.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship orders within Australia.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external delays outside our control.

White Noise Machine Australia is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the parcel has been dispatched.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we currently ship within Australia only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information
