Refund policy
At White Noise Machine Australia, we want every order to bring comfort, calm, and peace of mind. If something is not quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1. Product Quality Warranty
Every product is checked before dispatch and should arrive in new, working condition. If your white noise machine arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
For approved faulty or damaged items, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must:
- Be in the same condition you received it, unless the item is faulty or damaged
- Include all original accessories, manuals, cables, packaging, and included items
- Be returned only after receiving return authorisation from us
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Clearance-sale items, final-sale items, or customised products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or as otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
4. How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A brief description of the issue or return reason
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, if the item is faulty or damaged
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions.
Please do not send your item back before contacting us first.
5. Refunds & Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to process and display the refund.
6. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting us. If the requested replacement product is available, we will help arrange an exchange.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
